I’m Ted, though most people call me Teddy. I’m an Associate Creative Director at Questus, and I’ve been making work for brands in finance, hospitality, tech and entertainment since 2012. I came up through design and motion, and I still lead with craft. The best ideas look great, solve the problem and connect with real people.

I like taking an idea from the first sketch all the way through production, whether it’s a broadcast campaign, a brand system, social or a big multi-channel rollout. I sweat the details, but I don’t lose sight of what the work is supposed to do.

I’m also really into where AI is headed and enjoy figuring out where it fits in the work.

At Questus I lead art direction on campaigns, manage a team of three, and work side by side with strategy, account and production. I’m motivated by collaboration, momentum and the people I get to make things with.

Outside of work, you'll find this family man chasing around my three-year-old or playing fetch with my rambunctious golden retriever. Pretty laid back by nature, I'm happiest around a crackling fire while camping. When I can get out, I'm usually on the golf course, strapping into my snowboard, or passed out on a beach somewhere in sunny SoCal.
