I'm Ted, though most people call me Teddy. I'm an Associate Creative Director with 12+ years of experience creating thoughtful, effective work for brands across finance, hospitality, sports, and entertainment. I come from a design background and still lead with craft, believing the strongest ideas are the ones that look great, solve the problem, and connect with real people.

I'm a creative who leads by doing. I enjoy shaping ideas from early concept through execution, building flexible brand systems, and helping teams bring clarity to complex challenges. Whether it's a broadcast campaign, digital experience, or multi-channel rollout, I focus on work that is intentional, cohesive, and grounded in strategy. I care about the details without losing sight of the bigger picture or the business goal.

I'm fully invested in where Ai is heading and how it's reshaping the way creatives think and work. I use it to speed up workflows, generate storyboards, enhance visuals, and explore ideas faster than ever before. But the best work still comes from human intelligence, knowing when to push an idea further, when to simplify, and how to bring real meaning to what we make. It's an exciting time in the industry, and I'm energized by what's ahead.

Currently at Questus, I partner with teams to lead campaigns, mentor creatives, and push the work to be better than it started. I'm motivated by collaboration, momentum, and the people I get to make things with.

Outside of work, you'll find this family man chasing around my three-year-old or playing fetch with my rambunctious golden retriever. Pretty laid back by nature, I'm happiest around a crackling fire with a cold beer while camping. When I can get out, I'm usually on the golf course, strapping into my snowboard, or passed out on a beach somewhere in sunny SoCal.
